Center

Primary

The film's central subject matter is an apolitical murder mystery and a meta-commentary on the whodunit genre, with its narrative primarily focused on solving a crime and restoring order rather than promoting specific ideological viewpoints.

The movie features visible diversity in its ensemble cast, including a prominent Black actor in a significant role. However, it does not explicitly recast traditionally white roles with minority actors. The narrative is a lighthearted murder mystery that maintains a neutral or positive portrayal of traditional identities, without strong social commentary or explicit DEI themes.

Secondary

See How They Run features a character whose implied homosexuality and secret relationship serve as a minor plot detail, reflecting the historical context of 1950s London. The film neither uplifts nor denigrates LGBTQ+ identity, presenting it incidentally within the murder mystery narrative.

The film portrays Inspector Stoppard's Catholicism with nuance and sympathy. His faith is presented as an integral part of his character, influencing his moral compass and sense of guilt, without being ridiculed or presented negatively by the narrative.

The film "See How They Run" does not feature any identifiable transsexual characters or themes. Its narrative focuses on a murder mystery set in 1950s London's theatre scene, with no elements pertaining to transgender identity or experiences.

The movie does not contain any action or adventure elements.

The film "See How They Run" is an original murder mystery with characters created specifically for this production. It does not adapt pre-existing source material or historical figures in a way that would allow for a gender swap of established characters.

This film is an original murder mystery set in 1950s London, featuring characters created for this specific narrative. There is no prior source material or established canon from which any character's race could have been altered.
