Primary

The film primarily focuses on a sci-fi action narrative of alien refugees fighting for survival against a genocidal enemy, presenting a classic good-versus-evil conflict without explicitly promoting specific progressive or conservative political ideologies.

The movie features a predominantly white main cast without any explicit race or gender swaps of traditionally white roles. Its narrative focuses on the protagonist's journey and does not include any explicit critique of traditional identities or center on DEI themes.

Secondary

The film features Number Six, a female Garde with superpowers, who repeatedly engages in and wins close-quarters physical fights against multiple male Mogadorian soldiers. Her victories involve direct physical takedowns and martial arts, enhanced by her abilities.

I Am Number Four does not feature any discernible LGBTQ+ characters or explore any related themes. The story is entirely centered on its sci-fi action plot, focusing on the alien protagonist's identity, powers, and fight against an invading force, with no queer representation present.

The film "I Am Number Four" does not feature any identifiable transsexual characters or themes. The narrative focuses on science fiction elements, alien powers, and a fight for survival, with no discernible connection to transgender identity or experiences.

The film "I Am Number Four" adapts the novel of the same name.
