Detailed Bias Analysis

Analyzing...
Leans Progressive

Primary

Political: Leans Left
Confidence: Medium

The central subject of college relationships and sexual assault in a sports setting carries inherent progressive valence, with the narrative championing consent-focused solutions, trauma-informed intimacy, and rejection of toxic jock culture as the path to healthy bonds.

Diversity: Not Rated

Publicly available information is insufficient to determine the movie’s DEI characteristics. Casting choices and narrative framing cannot be reliably assessed from plot, genre, or title alone, so the rating is unknown rather than a guess.

Secondary

LGBTQ: Neutral
Confidence: Medium

The series centers on heterosexual college romances among hockey players and music students. A recurring nonbinary character, Jules, functions in a minor gossip-account role without central narrative focus or thematic emphasis on queer identity.

Family Values: Mixed
Confidence: Medium

The series depicts family primarily as backstory shaping the protagonists' emotional challenges, including parental loss and home-life contrasts that inform their independence and relationships, without centering or endorsing specific family structures or values.

Trans: N/A
Confidence: Low

Off Campus follows the romance between music student Hannah Wells and hockey player Garrett Graham at Briar University, along with their friends' relationships and college life. No transgender characters or themes appear in the story or cast portrayals.

Female Combat: N/R

The movie does not contain any action or adventure elements.

Gender Swap: No
Confidence: Low

Adaptation of Elle Kennedy's Off-Campus novels features main characters with matching canonical genders: Hannah Wells (female), Garrett Graham (male), Allie Hayes (female), and supporting male leads portrayed by actors of corresponding genders. No legacy characters show gender mismatches.

Race Swap: No
Confidence: Medium

The Off-Campus novels describe main characters like Allie Hayes with blonde hair and blue eyes, and Garrett Graham with golden skin, dark hair, and gray eyes, establishing white racial baselines. The 2026 series cast, including Ella Bright as Hannah Wells, Belmont Cameli as Garrett Graham, and Mika Abdalla as Allie Hayes, matches these without mismatches. No canonical non-white characters are recast differently.

Hinduism: N/A
