Detailed Bias Analysis

Analyzing...
Leans Traditional

Primary

The film is a biographical crime drama centered on the personal lives and criminal activities of the Kray twins, primarily serving as a character study and cautionary tale without explicitly promoting or critiquing specific political ideologies or advocating for societal solutions.

The film features traditional casting that aligns with the historical setting and real-life figures, without intentional race or gender swaps. Its narrative focuses on the lives of white, male protagonists without explicitly critiquing traditional identities or centering DEI themes.

Secondary

The film acknowledges Ronnie Kray's bisexuality as an integral part of his character, depicting his relationships with men without explicit judgment. His queer identity is neither affirmed nor denigrated, but rather presented factually within the context of his violent and unstable life, leading to a neutral overall portrayal.

The film 'Legend' features Leslie Holt, a transsexual woman, as a recurring character in the Kray twins' criminal world. Her identity is present but not central to the narrative. While period-specific language is used by other characters, the film itself neither explicitly affirms nor denigrates her identity, portraying her as an accepted, albeit minor, part of their social fabric.

The movie does not contain any action or adventure elements.

The film is a biographical crime thriller depicting real-life historical figures, primarily the Kray twins. All major characters, including Reggie and Ronnie Kray and their associates, are portrayed on screen with the same gender as their documented historical counterparts.

The film portrays real historical figures, primarily the Kray twins and their associates, who were all white. The actors cast in these roles are also white, aligning with their documented historical race.
