Primary

The film's core conflict, an underdog community fighting against an arrogant, commercially driven antagonist, is resolved through individual courage, teamwork, and fair competition, leading to a neutral rating as it champions universal values rather than a specific political ideology.

The movie features a cast consistent with its Argentinian origin, including human characters of Latin American descent and diverse foosball figurines, without explicit DEI-driven recasting of traditionally white roles. Its narrative follows traditional archetypes for its male protagonist, antagonist, and female love interest, focusing on themes of friendship and self-belief without critically portraying traditional identities or making explicit DEI themes central to the story.

The animated film "Underdogs" (Metegol) does not feature any identifiable transsexual characters or themes. The narrative focuses on a shy foosball player and his animated team, with no elements related to transgender identity present in the story.

The animated film "Underdogs" does not feature any female characters engaging in direct physical combat against male opponents. The primary conflict revolves around a foosball match and the characters involved are not depicted in hand-to-hand combat scenarios.

Underdogs (Metegol) is an original animated film. Its characters were created for this production and do not have prior canonical, historical, or widely established gender identities from source material or previous installments to be swapped from.

The animated film "Underdogs" is an adaptation of an Argentine short story. The characters' racial depictions in the film align with the cultural context of the source material, and there is no prior established canonical or widely recognized racial identity that was changed.
