Overview

The father, the captain of the merchant fleet, had three sons: Cyril - an artist, Yuri - a sailor, Gerka - a musician. It would seem that nothing can interfere with their friendship. But the older and middle brothers are in love with one girl - Svetlana. Rivalry makes them enemies. Yuri can not forgive betrayal, and between the brothers there is a big quarrel. Suddenly, misfortune falls on the family - during a fire on the ship, their father dies. Grief brings the brothers closer together.
