Leans Progressive

Primary

The series critiques deeply entrenched, violent traditions and oppressive local power structures, championing the pursuit of justice and truth by an outsider against these forces, aligning with progressive values of challenging established power.

The movie features traditional casting for a Japanese production, with a cast primarily composed of Japanese actors. The narrative, a horror-thriller set in a remote village, does not appear to explicitly critique traditional identities or center strong DEI themes.

Secondary

Based on the provided details, there is insufficient information to evaluate the film's portrayal of transsexual characters or themes. No specific plot points or character arcs related to transsexual identity were found to support an assessment.

The series primarily focuses on psychological horror and mystery. While female characters are present and may be involved in tense situations, there are no clear instances where a female character is depicted as victorious in close-quarters physical combat against one or more male opponents.
